Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim carefully,
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material if necessary,
  • Notify the user or writer who submitted the content, and
  • Take further action as appropriate under the DMCA.

Counter Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To do so, please email us with:

  1. Your full contact details.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of an error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court for legal proceedings.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA process unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
